1. Acceptance

By installing or using any EcomIQ app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. The service

EcomIQ provides tools that connect to your Shopify store and (optionally) your advertising accounts to automate merchandising tasks such as building dynamic collections. Features and limits may vary by plan.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to connect the stores and ad accounts you link, and to authorize the app to read and modify collections on your behalf.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring monthly basis. Charges, trials, and cancellations are governed by Shopify's billing terms and the plan you select.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
