You can delete your data, or ask us what we hold, at any time. This page explains how it works for each EcomIQ product and how to submit a request. For full details of your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
CollectionsIQ (Shopify app)
- Uninstall to delete. Uninstalling CollectionsIQ from your Shopify admin stops all processing. 48 hours after uninstall, Shopify sends us a
shop/redactrequest and we erase your store’s data (access tokens and aggregate metrics) from our systems. - Disconnect a platform. You can disconnect Google or Meta in the app at any time; we delete the related tokens and stop fetching from that platform.
- Customer requests. CollectionsIQ honors Shopify’s
customers/data_requestandcustomers/redactwebhooks. (In practice we store no customer-level personal data — orders are reduced to aggregate per-product totals.)
PixelIQ (Chrome extension)
There is nothing for us to delete: PixelIQ collects no data and sends nothing off your device. Anything it captures lives only in your local DevTools session and is gone when you close DevTools or clear the panel. To remove it entirely, uninstall the extension from chrome://extensions; that also clears its locally stored preferences.
Website & waitlist
- Waitlist email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link (managed via Mailchimp). You can also email us to be removed and to have your address deleted.
- Analytics. Where analytics are enabled, you can reject non-essential cookies via our cookie banner or clear them in your browser.
Make an access or deletion request
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — or to exercise any other right under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA — email support@ecomiq.tools with the subject “Data request”, telling us:
- which product or context your request relates to (CollectionsIQ, PixelIQ, website/waitlist);
- the email address or Shopify store domain associated with you; and
- what you would like us to do (access, delete, correct, etc.).
We will acknowledge your request and complete it within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within one month under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and within 45 days under the CCPA, extendable where permitted). We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent. You can write to us at: PBF Piotr Białozor-Fiećko, ul. Józefa Chełmońskiego 12, 14-200 Iława, Poland.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw); in the UK, the ICO. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
