CollectionsIQ builds and maintains Shopify collections and product-feed labels from your real advertising performance — Google Ads and Meta on one side, your Shopify orders and returns on the other.
The problem it solves. Ad platforms report clicks and attributed revenue, but they can't see returns. A product with a great reported ROAS and a high return rate is quietly losing you money — and it's probably sitting at the top of your collections and getting "top performer" treatment in your shopping feeds. Doing the cross-check by hand means exports, spreadsheets, and a result that's stale within a week.
What it does instead:
- Return-adjusted net ROAS — combines platform-reported performance with your actual Shopify sales and refunds, per product.
- Rule-driven collections — you define rules like "net ROAS at least 3 and at least 50 orders in the last 30 days"; CollectionsIQ evaluates them daily and keeps a Shopify collection in sync with the result.
- Performance-labeled feeds — the same intelligence flows into supplemental feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta as custom labels, so your campaigns can bid on real winners.
- Insights — a per-product explorer (table + bubble chart) showing spend, ROAS per platform, blended ROAS, and Shopify net sales side by side.
What it doesn't do. CollectionsIQ never writes to your ad accounts — access is read-only. It stores only aggregate per-product metrics, never your customers' personal data.
Getting started takes a few minutes: install from the Shopify App Store, connect Google and/or Meta, and either run your first sync or load demo data to explore the interface first. See Getting started: install, demo data and your first sync.
